Using Ripstix®, lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising, POUND transforms drumming into an incredibly effective way of working out. Designed for all fitness levels, POUND® provides the perfect atmosphere for letting loose, getting energized, toning up and rockin’ out! The workout is easily modifiable and the alternative vibe and welcoming philosophy appeals to men and women of all ages and abilities.

BARRE
Barre is an awesome group fitness class that involves the use of fun and energetic music, light weights and high repetition movements to build strength and muscle endurance, improve balance and increase metabolism. Barre incorporates many movements commonly found in Ballet, Yoga and Pilates in a high-repetition, high-energy but low-impact workout!

Sculpt
Sculpt uses light to heavier weights to focus on muscle toning and strength. Form is key and emphasized as a part of this class. The weight can be easily added or reduced to adjust to each individual’s fitness level within a structured full body workout.

Flow Yoga & Sunset Yoga
This class focuses on flexibility, stability, balance, and alignment. Instruction starts with a gentle approach with detailed cues that are beginner-friendly and serves as a refresher to the more advanced practitioner. The second half is about restoration to allow for the exploration of the poses at a deeper level providing you with a reset and recharge.

Elizabeth is a 200-hr RYT Certified Yoga Instructor and founder of Align & Unwind Yoga, LLC. With over 15 years of practice in alignment, athletic flow, and restorative styles of yoga, her classes are accessible to members of all levels!
As a mother of 5 and a former nine-time marathoner, her instructional cues are practical, and the movements connect to the needs of all walks of life. Her personality and sense of humor translate the practice into a playful yet meaningful experience. Elizabeth offers a well-rounded Yoga practice that provides the space for self-care, the feeling of contentment, and a calm and focused mind.

Laretha (La-La)
Lala is a personal trainer who is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals. La-La believes that consistency and staying focused is the key to success. Her goal is to inspire others to be the best they can be.
Lala is trained in martial arts, a first degree black belt and is currently working towards her second degree black belt. La-La is also a wife, mother of three children and although a full life, La-La makes time to take care of herself and wants to influence and encourage her clients to do the same.
