Align and Unwind Yoga

This class focuses on flexibility, stability, balance, and alignment. Instruction starts with a gentle approach with detailed cues that are beginner-friendly and serves as a refresher to the more advanced practitioner. The second half is about restoration to allow for the exploration of the poses at a deeper level providing you with a reset and recharge.
