Lala is a personal trainer who is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals. La-La believes that consistency and staying focused is the key to success. Her goal is to inspire others to be the best they can be.
Lala is trained in martial arts, a first degree black belt and is currently working towards her second degree black belt. La-La is also a wife, mother of three children and although a full life, La-La makes time to take care of herself and wants to influence and encourage her clients to do the same.
