Laretha (La-La)
Lala is a personal trainer who is a fitness enthusiast and enjoys helping others achieve their fitness goals. La-La believes that consistency and staying focused is the key to success. Her goal is to inspire others to be the best they can be.
Lala is trained in martial arts, a first degree black belt and is currently working towards her second degree black belt. La-La is also a wife, mother of three children and although a full life, La-La makes time to take care of herself and wants to influence and encourage her clients to do the same.
Personal Trainer
Cory
Cory is a personal trainer who is passionate about seeing others learn and grow in their fitness journey. He is dedicated to helping people improve their quality of life through good form and progression in a proper routine. His goal is to educate and guide people in their routines based on their needs.
Cory grew up playing baseball and basketball. He is also served in the United States Marine Corps for four years. Cory enjoys creating programs designed specifically for an individual based on their goals. He has also trained a variety of ages from 14 to 75 years old individuals. Cory specializes in progression and corrective exercises to adapt to injuries.

Anabel
Anabel is a personal trainer who grew up, doing gymnastics and cheerleading. She has always been very competitive and loves to challenge herself. She is NASM certified and continues to educate herself and is working on additional certificates. Her goal is to help people feel strong, confident, and able.
